Processing & Shipping We Try to process orders for shipment 12-24hr from time of order, However our official policy is below. Processing time avg is 12-48 business hours from the time orders are placed. At certain times of the year pending Holidays, large events, when dealer orders increase shipping time may be extended. If shipping time is outside of above for mentioned timelines You will be notified of extended and anticipated shipping times. Orders placed Friday evenings thru Sunday or Holidays, Processing timewill begin on the next business day. Once processed orders are shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS most shipping times range 2-4 days in transit pending carrier. All Collars, Leads, Couplers, Gamecalls. Scents & Splitoak Brand Lights ship direct from our facility. Dan's products, and Moonshiner Light products at times may ship direct from their place of busines via Ohio, or Oklahoma. |
RETURNS |
All Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition and a copy of the original receipt of purchase. Make sure that you print a copy of your receipt at checkout to retain for your records. Returns will be refunded for the purchase price less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not included on refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of purchaser returning items. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returned goods and inspection. |
